Job Title

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our dynamic team. The successful candidate will orchestrate the day-to-day operations of a multifaceted venue, managing a large-capacity environment, and overseeing a strong management team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in venue management, with experience operating a large-scale venue, strong background in food & beverage, and strong background operating a gaming venue. They will be adept at team leadership, skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the venue
  • Oversee a strong management team
  • Develop and implement revenue-building ideas
  • Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
  • Implement and execute promotions throughout the business

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years in a Venue Manager role
  • Demonstrated experience operating a large-scale venue
  • Strong background in Food & Beverage
  • Strong background operating a large gaming venue
  • Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
  • Ability to train, performance manage, and motivate staff
