Be a Leader in Our Multifaceted Venue

We are looking for a Venue Manager to drive our venue to the next level by providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and train your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience every time, ensuring our guests feel valued and respected.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting staff, rostering, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Become a passionate advocate for good food and creating memorable moments for our guests, always seeking ways to enhance their experience.
  • Utilize your creativity to develop and grow our business through innovative initiatives that align with our vision.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with locals, understanding what they love about our venue.
  • Showcase exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and developing your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Possess proven experience in running or assisting with the operation of a multifaceted venue, with a strong track record of success.
  • Apply your financial acumen and operational expertise to effectively manage our venue's operational targets and goals.
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including working within a matrix organization.
  • Hold relevant industry licenses and accreditations, such as RSA, RSG 1-3, RP Badge, Wagering accreditation, and First Aid certification.
  • Be able to meet state liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirements.
