Job Description

Highly Skilled Dynamics 365 Developer Required for Complex Enterprise Environment

The Australian Energy Market Operator is seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to drive innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will focus on integrating Sensei Project Portfolio Management with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM.

Responsibilities:
  • Integration Specialist: Manage and optimize integrations between Sensei PPM, Dynamics 365 FinOps, and CRM to enable seamless data flow across project, financial, and customer processes.
  • Automation Expert: Develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins, and custom applications using Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and integration diagrams to support governance and knowledge sharing.
  • Support reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring accurate and timely insights across financial, project, and customer data.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience configuring, customizing, and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise integrating Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations, and reports.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping, workflows, and API-based connections.
  • Proficient in custom development for Dynamics 365, including plug-ins, scripts, and form customizations.
