Emergency Medicine Registrar Role
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Registrar to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful applicant will be responsible for working alongside supportive Senior Emergency Physicians and Specialists as an Emergency Registrar. The role involves rotating through day and night shifts to further develop clinical expertise.
Responsibilities and Dutles:
- Provide high-quality care and advice on the management of patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
- Coordinate diagnosis, patient management, and discharge planning, including medical records and reports.
- Participate in continuous medical education, teaching, professional development, research, and quality improvement activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- General, Provisional, or limited registration with AHPRA or eligible to obtain.
- Completed AMC MCQ (part 1) or both AMC 1 & 2 (clinical exam).
- Assessed by ACEM College as partially or substantially comparable.
- Experience working as an Emergency Medicine Registrar/Medical Officer.
