Key Responsibilities
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver capacity-building initiatives and provide strategic advice to local organisations.
  • Support the growth of local clubs and sporting organisations through the Go Clubs Program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organisations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, strategies, and programs that support community sport and recreation.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with community organisations, particularly in a not-for-profit or sport and recreation setting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve disputes.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to research and analyse industry trends to provide evidence-based advice that informs policy, strategy, and program development.
