Aged Care Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead to join our team at Be Recruitment. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading major clinical projects and managing a team of Clinical Specialists across NSW and ACT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical projects and initiatives to drive clinical performance and innovation
  • Manage a team of Clinical Specialists to achieve strategic objectives
  • Implement key programs and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team to drive success

Requirements:

  • Extensive practical knowledge of clinical and health services with 10+ years of aged care nursing experience
  • Strong background in people management and leadership
  • Postgraduate qualification in clinical field and relevant AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience in coordination and management of a clinical practice development, governance and risk programs
  • Ability to travel regularly, approximately every few weeks
