Lead Civil Design Projects Across Multidiscipline Teams

This is a senior design role supporting large mining and infrastructure projects. As a leader in civil design, you'll be responsible for coordinating 3D modelling workflows and ensuring alignment with project and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong civil background, experience in 12D, and a track record of delivering road and earthworks designs within the resources sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement civil design strategies to support major projects
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure design meets their needs and expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in civil design

Requirements:

  • Civil design experience in mining, energy, or infrastructure
  • Strong skills in 12D; Civil 3D or Inroads also beneficial
  • Experience leading teams and delivering large projects
  • Background in road design or large earthworks essential
