">Principal Consultant - Workday Implementation

We are seeking a skilled Principal Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in Workday implementation, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

">About the Role
  • Become a Workday expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Leverage your expertise to recommend solutions based on client requirements, timeframe, and budget.
  • Guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday HCM.
Key Responsibilities
  • Solve complex Workday intersystem problems by bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through all project phases, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS, or related field.
  • Certification in Workday HCM, Recruiting, or Talent.
  • 2+ years of Workday implementation experience, highly desired.
  • 2-5 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software experience, required.
