Industrial Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support production operations by troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving automated equipment and machinery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex industrial systems involving pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical components.
  • Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic to support manufacturing operations efficiently.
  • Perform advanced robot programming, setup, and adjustments to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Apply fabrication skills (welding, machining, or assembly) for equipment repair and modification.
  • Work with Allen Bradley and Siemens automation systems for integration and control.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and technical documentation.
  • Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and automation projects.
Required Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of industrial systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical components.
  • Proven experience with PLC logic programming and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial robot programming and setup.
  • Basic fabrication skills (welding, cutting, assembly, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Allen Bradley and Siemens automation systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
