Job Title:

Childcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Childcare Operations Manager.

  • Coordinate staff rotas and scheduling to ensure high-quality care is provided to children
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies
  • Provide support and training to childcare staff
  • Manage incidents and report them to senior management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing daily activities of childcare staff
  • Ensuring staff are adequately trained and equipped to provide high-quality care
  • Building relationships with care staff, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure services meet highest standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
