Dynamic Food & Beverage Leader Wanted

We are seeking a charismatic and results-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Rydges North Sydney. As a key member of the outlet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service during food service periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Outlet Manager and Operations Manager to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Lead your team in setting up, packing down, and ensuring seamless service within the Outlets of Food & Beverage.
  • Foster strong relationships with all departments across the Hotel to create a perfectly curated experience for our guests.

To succeed as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will need previous experience in hospitality venues, a hands-on approach to work, strong Food and Beverage service skills, and precise attention to detail.

A confident, proactive, and thorough problem solver with strong conflict resolution skills is essential. Flawless presentation and grooming are also required, as is the ability to connect with VIP guests and visitors.

Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is necessary, and full Australian Working Rights are required.
