About this Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced physios and OTs to provide mobile therapy services in Melbourne, working on a contractor basis with competitive hourly rates.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who value autonomy, flexibility, and a supportive team environment. As a contractor, you will have control over your caseload, days, and hours, allowing you to work around your life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide home or community-based therapy to clients (NDIS, HCP, private) ages 7+
  • Assess, set goals, and provide hands-on and/or functional therapy as clinically indicated
  • Documentation and reporting as required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified physio or OT with at least 2 years community or disability sector experience
  • Registered with AHPRA and have an ABN, or willing to get one
  • Confident working with NDIS participants (or keen to upskill)
  • Empathetic, adaptable, real, and reliable
