Job Summary:

Next Health is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Quality Assurance Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of reports produced by consultants in a timely manner. They will also provide technical advice to consultants and customers, and coordinate business administration support for independent medical assessment and advice.

  • Undertake quality assurance of reports, AMS forms and permanent impairment/disability assessments;
  • Ensure compliance with customer and legislative specifications, Next Health standards and processes, and appropriate guidelines;
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve inaccurate, deficient or incomplete reports;
  • Provide training and support to consultants, customers and team members as required;
  • Escalate matters that require intervention to the Report Production and Quality Coordinator, consultant or customer;
  • Advise consultants and customers of possible delays in turnaround times;
  • Prioritise tasks according to consultant availability, customer special requests and urgent requests;
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with medical consultants, customers and team members;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Maintain a customer focus at all times and a commitment to deliver service excellence;

The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical, allied health and/or personal injury industry, with a proven track record in driving quality assurance programs. They will possess strong organisational and prioritisation skills, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and a customer driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience in the medical, allied health and/or personal injury industry;
  • Proven track record in driving quality assurance programs;
  • Ability to effectively assist challenging consultants, customers, clients or visitors;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills;
  • A customer driven approach;
