Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Deal Processor and Administration Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for processing deals from contract to ledger, including accruals, claim processing, commissions, reconciliations, and End of Month requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Process deals from contract to ledger, including accruals, claim processing, commissions, reconciliations, and End of Month requirements
  • Ensure all documentation is provided and accurate
  • Recognize any oversights and/or errors and rectify
  • Effective communication with management
  • DMS – Auto IT experience/skills (an advantage)
  • Microsoft Office (word, excel)
  • Unipay knowledge – an advantage
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail - essential
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously with limited supervision

Requirements

  • Accounting experience, reconciliations, accruals, journal processing
  • Automotive Deal Processing experience
  • Ability to audit, assess & ensure all documentation is provided.
  • Be a stickler for completed paperwork.
