Lead a team of software engineers and architects to design, build, integrate, and maintain SaaS solutions.
As a key member of the technology leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and integrated application experiences that support staff productivity.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing cloud-based business applications and teams that evolve and optimise them to meet changing business needs.
They will also be able to understand what it means to build great user experiences from the inside out—connecting people, data, and systems to create seamless workflows.
The role requires a strong focus on deep application integration, process automation, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions. You will lead by example, contributing to solution design, improving application workflows, and championing a product mindset across our internal tooling landscape.
