Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on advanced vehicles and develop your skills in a collaborative environment.

As a Service Technician at Tesla, you will uphold high standards of service delivery, executing diagnostic and repair work, providing feedback for continuous improvement, and operating top-of-the-line tools.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of Tesla products.
  • Working independently and as a team to drive maximum service and repair efficiency.
  • Providing feedback to internal teams to enable continuous improvement of procedures and products.
  • Participating in a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in an ever-changing dynamic environment.
  • Operating a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
  • Detailing and documenting repairs consistently and concisely.
  • Inspecting and maintaining service equipment and requesting replacements as required.
  • Partnering with other teams to achieve business objectives and ensure smooth delivery of Tesla products to customers.
