Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to deliver an exceptional service experience to our customers.

About the Role:
  • Deliver excellent service results that meet or exceed goals across customers, people, operations, and financials.
  • Provide customer-focused service and go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations of the service experience.
  • Model team excellence: contribute to a positive work environment, open communication, proactive problem solving, and team growth.
  • Support operational excellence as an integral part of the Service team and the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate yourself on maintenance and repair methods, diagnostic testing, HVAC service, hydraulics, brakes, and electronic systems.
  • Use diagnostic scan tools and follow diagnostics and operating scopes.
  • Drive company vehicles and ensure you have valid insurance required.
  • Develop strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and customer-service mindset; advocate for customers and team.
Requirements:
  • Educational experience: Qualified motor mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician. Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Registered Vehicle Technician.
  • HVAC licensing is a bonus.
  • Good verbal English capabilities; ability to travel occasionally (interstate and international).
  • Self-starter with a team player attitude; able to thrive in a high-pressure environment; strategic, proactive, flexible, and open-minded.
