About the Program

The Retail Leadership Accelerator Program is designed for high-potential candidates to accelerate their progression into a store management role. Participants will experience hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.

Your Role as a Store Manager
