Education Solutions Manager - Sydney

C01 Cochlear Limited, a global leader in implantable hearing solutions, seeks an experienced Education Solutions Manager to join its Commercial Learning team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in maximizing the commercial impact of our solutions through engaging and informative learning experiences for field and professional audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality education programs for professionals in the medical technology industry. You will have excellent instructional design skills, with the ability to write training programs for adult learners and facilitate open conversations across regions and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging learning strategies and solutions for new product launches, enabling regional teams to upskill customer-facing teams and professionals to full capability and performance in a timely manner.
  • Lead subject matter experts through the process of designing, developing, and delivering education on new products to our regions and countries.
  • Develop "best-in-class" blended learning experiences and assets for professionals, focusing on innovation, hands-on, and on-demand accessibility.
  • Support the optimal use of current learning platforms and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the delivery of learning solutions, ensuring they represent the actual needs and use cases of professionals and field staff.

About You:

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience working in Learning and Development with the Med-tech industry.
  • Certificate IV in training and assessment or equivalent.
  • Strong instructional design skills, writing training for adult learning.
  • Well-developed project management skills.
  • Ability to channel and facilitate open conversations across regions and SMEs.
  • Commercial mindset and experience working in a sales/clinical/surgical customer-facing role.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Sales/Marketing or Clinical experience in medical devices or pharma.

C01 Cochlear Limited offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive employee benefits program.
