The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Support Worker to provide domestic support for our clients across various locations on a casual basis.
As a Domestic Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our clients, which may involve:
- Delivering assistance with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing dishes, cleaning bathrooms/toilets
- Assisting with laundering, ironing, and folding of items/garments
- Providing cleaning services as reasonably requested
- Assisting clients with shopping
- Meal preparation
- Any other light domestic duties reasonably requested
About You
To be successful in this role, you should ideally have the following:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Availability to work a roster Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 2:30pm
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients
- Hold a current Police Check – or willing to obtain
- Hold a current First Aid including CPR Certificate – or willing to obtain
