Youth Mental Health Care Professional

Alfred Health's mental health services support infants, children, young people, and their families/carers.
The specialist service provides accessible mental health care inclusive of family, friends, and support networks.
What We DoWe offer two streams: 0-11 and 12-26 years, incorporating specialist services in perinatal care, neurodevelopmental presentations, eating disorders, and outreach support.
Our team provides clinical assessment, intervention, case-management, and single-session therapy with children and young people aged 12-26 experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health difficulties and their families.
Requirements- Approved tertiary qualifications and membership with the relevant registering body
- Developmental Psychiatry Course or equivalent (preferred)
- Training and experience in providing child and youth mental health services (preferred)
- Portable long service leave from other public health services
