About the Role

The successful candidate will have two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of supervisory experience is preferred, along with EPA certification and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of maintenance technicians, maintaining budgets, processing purchase orders and invoices, and prioritizing work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians
  • Maintain budgets and process purchase orders and invoices
  • Prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction

The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot and repair various systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and ensure compliance with fire and safety codes. They will also be responsible for overseeing construction projects and managing the work order process efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience (preferred)
  • EPA certification required
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification (preferred)
