Clinical Healthcare Professional

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled clinical healthcare professional to provide high-quality patient care. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes through expert assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients, developing comprehensive care plans, and implementing interventions as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals
- Accurately document patient information to ensure seamless communication among the healthcare team
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based guidelines through ongoing education and professional development
Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a registered nurse
- Active BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a telemetry setting
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
