We are seeking a bright and energetic individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a customer service officer/deckhand.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is physically capable of performing the role, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service and safety.

The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends, and will need to possess or be willing to obtain a current Certificate in Elements of Shipboard Safety (ESS).

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and take instruction from Masters.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role and wear uniform as required.
  • Obtain and maintain current CPR/First Aid Certification.
