As a Graduate Mining Engineer, you will embark on a comprehensive 2-year program designed to launch your mining career through hands-on experience across multiple mine sites in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a tailored mentoring and technical development program with role-specific training.
  • Complete rotations across six underground mines and four processing plants in the Murchison and Southern Goldfields regions.
  • Gain practical underground experience required for the First Class Mine Managers Certificate.
  • Collaborate with seasoned professionals to develop highly sought-after mining skills.
  • Work an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster based in Perth.
About YouQualifications & Skills
  • Tertiary Qualification in Mining Engineering.
  • Practical experience or vacation work advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of operation.
  • A current and valid Manual Driver's Licence.
  • A National Police Clearance valid within the last 12 months.
  • The ability to pass pre-employment process including medical, drug and alcohol screening, and right to work checks.
