About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our Smiggle team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the fortnightly VM brief across multiple countries and supporting global VM projects. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with our team and business, with the potential to lead your own market or region in the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in planning and production of fortnightly VM briefs
  • Manage department product samples and image library
  • Collaborate with Retail teams to ensure effective VM communication and updates to stores
  • Build relationships across multiple departments to ensure each VM brief aligns with country-specific goals
  • Participate in workshops with Marketing and Design teams to develop creative in-store campaigns
  • Communicate market feedback to the business, providing solutions to drive sales growth
  • Support strategic merchandising projects
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Mac programs, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (preferred), and basic Excel skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or a strong visual merchandising background within a high-volume, fast-paced retailer
  • Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress to meet team deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze sales reports
  • Clear written communication skills and confidence in articulating ideas
  • Adaptability to change, with a proactive approach that focuses on solutions
  • Creativity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Passion for a career pathway in VM
