Job Role: Technical Integration Specialist

The key role of a Technical Integration Specialist is pivotal in driving technical integration support across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical coaching, support and supervision for technicians and engineers on all aspects of CCEP and BAU PSN sites.
  • Attending customer meetings and providing relevant reports and updates.
  • Escalating or flagging issues to the Technical Integration Team Lead and Project Managers as required.
  • Ensuring all test requirements are completed.
  • Raising defects for items not complete or outside specifications and providing risk assessment.
  • Assisting in coordinating Mobile Asset deployments technical reviews and meetings.
  • Performing quality checks on P25 commissioning documents.
  • Representing the Team Leader during leave absences.

This role necessitates strong communication skills, natural leadership and mentoring abilities. Post-qualification experience in an operational or technical environment is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-qualification experience in an operational or technical environment with experience in P25 Radio / Telecommunications networks.
  • Telecommunications: Technical Proficiency.
  • Ability to analyse technical results and complex data.
  • Knowledge of RF & Antenna systems.
  • Knowledge of commissioning and site build provisioning.
  • Telecommunication Radio, Mobile Site installation, provisioning and commissioning expertise.
  • Experience with IP or MPLS based networks.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate preferred.

Australian Citizenship is mandatory to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance as a condition of employment.
