Job Title: Casual Educators Mountain CreekThis exciting new career opportunity is available at our Mountain Creek centre, where we cater to 125 children in a natural play environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary role will be to deliver the program, empowering children as independent learners, nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness. You'll engage with the children through conversation, developing their inquisitive minds and laying the foundation for their learning journey with us.
Requirements- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check
- Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- Great personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
- A desire to contribute to an awesome team
- Working with an inclusive and supportive team that values you
- Flexible working arrangements
- A possibility of transferring to other centres within our group
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the region, taking into account the costs of living and the level of responsibility involved.
