We are seeking an Identity Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) in a complex enterprise environment.

About the Role

This role requires a deep understanding of identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization.

  • Responsibilities include designing and implementing MIM solutions to meet business needs, developing and maintaining customizations, extensions, and integrations with other systems, as well as performing MIM infrastructure planning, installation, configuration, and upgrades.
  • The successful candidate will also conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for MIM-related problems, monitor and optimize the performance of MIM solutions to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Additionally, they will provide guidance, training, and support to other team members and end-users on MIM functionality and best practices.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) in a complex enterprise environment is necessary.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies is also required.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, C#, or VBScript is necessary.
  • Experience with identity management integration, including Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with identity governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) is also advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail, are essential.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are necessary.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar are highly desirable.
