Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney

We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Lawyer to join our Melbourne team. As a key contributor, you will have the opportunity to advise Australian and international clients on a range of industry sectors.
Your expertise in private and public M&A, private capital raisings, IPOs, venture capital transactions, and corporate compliance will be highly valued.
The role involves working collaboratively with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
- Advise clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and public M&A;
- Manage due diligence exercises and draft relevant documents;
- Develop and implement effective strategies for client work;
- Work closely with partners to ensure seamless delivery of projects;
- Contribute positively to team culture and enthusiasm;
Key Responsibilities:
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Advise clients on complex M&A transactions, including private and public deals, ECM, and capital markets;
- Capital Raisings: Assist clients with private capital raisings, IPOs, and listing rules compliance;
- Corporate Compliance: Develop and implement effective strategies for corporate compliance, including Corporations Act and Listing Rule compliance;
