Professional Airmen Required for Fixed-Wing Border Surveillance

Job Overview

As a key member of our surveillance team, you will operate a highly modified regional turboprop airliner equipped with state-of-the-art technology to provide essential leadership and support to your crew.

Our flexible FIFO roster allows you to reside in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and deploy to one of our operational bases. You will enjoy a generous remuneration package and an enviable lifestyle.

All travel, accommodation, meals and incidentals costs associated with deployments are met by the Company.

Key Requirements
  • Reside in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
  • Deploy to one of our operational bases.
  • Enjoy a fly in fly out roster.
  • Participate in regular continuous work breaks of up to 6 weeks.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

  • Australian citizen and current passport.
  • CASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate.
  • Australian ATPL(A) and Instrument Rating.
  • Minimum 2000 hours total flying experience.
  • Minimum 500 hours pilot in command fixed wing.
  • Minimum 500 hours multi-engine turbine experience.
  • Minimum 100 hours multi-crew flying in command.
  • Instructor qualifications well regarded.
  • Eligibility for both an Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC) and an Australian Government Security Clearance (AGSVA Baseline).
