The Employment Coach is a dynamic position responsible for case management of an allocated caseload, focusing on finding employment for customers with prior offender history. The role involves stabilising non-vocational issues and building vocational skills and experience.
A key aspect of this role is undertaking 'reverse marketing' of customers to suitable employers and running group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements.
This challenging opportunity will be based at Port Adelaide and offers a 9-day fortnight work arrangement, providing a great work-life balance. As a full-time employee, you will receive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience, with opportunities for salary packaging.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate passion for recruitment and working with those in need. You should possess outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to develop positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, and strong administration skills.
You will also be required to have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development and experience in the employment services industry. We particularly welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, applicants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and applicants who have a disability.

Job Requirements- Demonstrate a passion for helping people find employment

- Demonstrate typing speed of 30 WPM

RemunerationThe estimated annual salary for this role is around $70,000-$90,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes opportunities for salary packaging to increase your take-home pay.
