About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in Perth as Mobile Bankers and Executive Mobile Bankers.

As a Mobile Banker, your primary responsibility will be to convert contact centre and self-generated leads into satisfied customers by providing exceptional outcomes.

You will engage with Network Partners to generate customers from agreed employer visits, ensuring every customer interaction is quick, easy, and expertly managed.

About You

You must be a customer-focused professional with a proven track record of financial services experience.

Your strong ethical belief system and ability to execute business development strategies make you a valuable asset to our team.

You should have a sound understanding of credit assessment, lending principles, and whole-of-bank products.

Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong community relationships set you apart.

You are expected to be technically sound in business development principles and have a general understanding of market and competitor developments.

Your knowledge of governance and regulatory acts will help you excel in this role.
