Cerebral Palsy Alliance is a leading provider of disability services, and we are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team on the Central Coast.
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology and evidence of current SPA registration. A current driver's license is also required.
Job OverviewThis role involves working independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality speech pathology services to clients with cerebral palsy. The ideal candidate will have experience working with paediatric populations and be able to establish strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- To develop and implement individualized speech pathology programs for clients with cerebral palsy.
- To conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
- To provide therapy sessions to clients, either individually or in groups.
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- To maintain accurate records and reports of client progress.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading. Additionally, we provide extensive professional development opportunities, up to $20,000 per annum, to support your career growth.
