This Administration role is based in Melbourne's Outer South East.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator who has a minimum of 1 year experience in an administration/reception role.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing daily client correspondence
  • ATO follow ups with assessment notices
  • Compiling tax information
  • Electronic lodgement of tax returns
  • Assisting Accountants with ad hoc tasks as required
  • Assisting with ASIC lodgements and Annual Review Statement
  • General administration duties including filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Managing and taking ownership of the reception area
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls
  • Liaising with clients and greeting clients on arrival

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience within an administration role in an accounting firm
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to take initiative and be proactive
  • Ability to work in a team environment
