The Role:
As a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager, you'll take on a key leadership role, managing tax compliance and providing expert advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients, ensuring strategic tax planning, adherence to regulations, and the optimization of tax structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead client service teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Offer tailored, strategic tax advice and resolve complex tax issues alongside partners.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, delivering in-house training on technical tax matters.
- Oversee the review of income tax returns and provisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and governance frameworks for corporate clients.
- Provide guidance on business structuring, tax due diligence, and cross-border tax matters.
Requirements:
We're looking for someone with:
- A degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance with a major in Accounting.
- CA qualification (or equivalent).
Experience & Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in tax advisory within professional services.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A team player who can deliver excellent client service.
