The Role:

As a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager, you'll take on a key leadership role, managing tax compliance and providing expert advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients, ensuring strategic tax planning, adherence to regulations, and the optimization of tax structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client service teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Offer tailored, strategic tax advice and resolve complex tax issues alongside partners.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, delivering in-house training on technical tax matters.
  • Oversee the review of income tax returns and provisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and governance frameworks for corporate clients.
  • Provide guidance on business structuring, tax due diligence, and cross-border tax matters.

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance with a major in Accounting.
  • CA qualification (or equivalent).

Experience & Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in tax advisory within professional services.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A team player who can deliver excellent client service.
