Workplace Safety Specialist

This is a challenging role for someone who is passionate about ensuring the health and wellbeing of others.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our work health and safety management system. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and improving existing procedures to ensure they meet current legislation and industry best practice standards.
  • Conducting thorough investigations into workplace incidents and accidents.
  • Developing and implementing return-to-work plans for injured employees.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and engaging with key stakeholders to drive change.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels.
