Job Title: Data Insights SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This role involves collaborating with customers to solve complex analytical problems and presenting findings to various stakeholders.

  • Liaise with customers on tasks from various analytical domains, including modelling, data mining/analysis, reporting, and data visualisation.
  • Presentation of complex analytical outputs and results to all levels of an organisation.
  • Collaboration with commercial leads and account managers to support client requests and coordinate with teams across REA to service these requests.
  • Domain expertise in designing and building new products and solutions to support PropTrack's property analytics products, platforms, and custom solutions.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders within Financial Services clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytical outcomes.
  • Present complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
  • Analyse business problems and develop solutions using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Commercial orientation and ability to bring the best outcomes for PropTrack business and clients.
  • Creative and analytical thinking to work through complex problems collaboratively.
  • Client focus and proven track record in managing customer experience initiatives.
  • Domain knowledge of data analytics, property market, property data, property valuations, home lending, and retail banking.
  • Technical knowledge of analytical techniques such as sampling, data mining, and predictive analytics; proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
