About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our dynamic team at CI&T. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our websites and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experiences
  • Design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centred interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms
  • Translate wireframes, user flows, and product requirements into high-quality designs, from concept to final deliverables
  • Work closely with UX designers to ensure UI designs align with user experience principles
  • Create and maintain design systems, including style guides, colour palettes, typography, and reusable components
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs
  • Gather and integrate feedback from stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve designs
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis
  • Stay up to date on the latest UI trends, techniques, and tools to keep designs fresh and innovative
  • Ensure that all UI designs follow best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and usability
Requirements
  • 5 years + experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a robust and strong portfolio showcasing UI design work
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and responsive design
  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining consistency across multiple products
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, usable interfaces
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Familiarity with usability testing and user research practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
