Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support elderly individuals in living independently within their own homes. As part of our team, you will provide essential domestic assistance and social services while maintaining a strong connection to the community.

Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate will assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and gardening, organise outings and activities for clients to promote social interaction and engagement, provide transportation services for clients, ensuring safe and reliable transport, and review care plans to understand client goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and gardening

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the Aged Care sector, preferably with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with respect for client dignity and privacy
