**Care for the Elderly in Their Own Homes**

We are seeking caring individuals to provide support and assistance to elderly clients in their own homes. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping clients with daily tasks, maintaining their independence and quality of life.

This is a rewarding role that requires patience, empathy and a genuine care for others. You will work independently but as part of a team, supporting each other to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in aged care, including Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work flexibly and have a valid driver's license.

As a member of our team, you can expect:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Tasks will include but not be limited to assisting clients with personal hygiene, feeding, medication, shopping, social support and community access. The client roster may vary depending on location and availability.

**What do you need to succeed?**

  • Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (preferred)
  • Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
  • Genuine regard to provide support to the elderly
  • Caring and patient nature
  • Commitment to ongoing development
  • Experience in the care industry (not essential if willing to learn and have a genuine sincerity towards others)
