Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction, including supporting the development of and execution of the AER's Strategic Plan (2026–2030)
  • Develop and manage the organisation's activities, ensuring they are conducted within approved parameters and aligned with the strategic priorities
  • Lead and empower senior leaders, assigning responsibilities clearly, supervising performance and fostering a high-performing culture
