About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include leading a team of para-professional and technical field staff, overseeing the safe and effective commissioning and day-to-day operation of energy assets deployed across the network, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from project delivery into ongoing activities.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong engineering and operational credentials in high-voltage systems, renewable energy, or grid-scale energy storage. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in engineering management or operations leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of commissioning and operational procedures for electrical infrastructure.
