Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to perform a range of tasks in our glass manufacturing facility.

  • Perform tests on mechanical systems such as cutting machines, furnaces and edging machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Test automated equipment like vacuum lifters and conveyors to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Monitor system performance by collecting data from production machinery, including pressure and temperature readings.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 1-2 years of experience in mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all mechanical systems comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
  2. Diagnose and repair faults in systems like CNC-controlled machines and automated assembly lines.
  3. Implement safety protocols during the operation of high-temperature furnaces and high-precision tools.
  4. Assemble and install mechanical components such as hydraulic systems and custom-built machines.
  5. Conduct preventative maintenance on glass processing machines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 1~2 years of experience in mechanical systems.
  • Proven experience in testing, assembly and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
