The successful candidate will assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing projects. They will also collect and analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Support: Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing projects.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or graduating towards a tertiary degree in civil engineering.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience in a consulting environment is highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries is highly desired.
  • Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
