We are seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to support the implementation of the Health Safety & Environmental Management system in our Power Station project based in the Hunter Valley region.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management and will be responsible for:
- Undertaking all responsibilities in a safe manner.
- Participating in site HSE meetings as required.
- Using appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Complying and having input into safe working procedures.
- Reporting hazards, incidents, and accidents within company guidelines.
- Actively participating in safety training.
- Preparing and distributing HSE Reports within set deadlines.
- Producing HSE Publications (HSE Newsletters, notice boards, etc.).
- Preparing and rolling out HSE Campaigns.
- Maintaining the HSE Check-It Planner.
- Tracking Injury Cases and ensuring that case chronologic event logs are maintained for each case and are available at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a positive approach to safety, effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. They will also be customer-focused, team-oriented, accountable, and results-driven.
