Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, collaborating with physicians and other staff members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Immunisations and injections
  • Triage and wound management
  • Chronic disease management and ECGs
  • Providing support and reassurance to patients
  • Assisting with care plans and shared health summaries
  • Assisting with telehealth consultations
  • Maintaining clinical documentation and assisting doctors with procedures
  • Daily coordination of the treatment room, including stock control and equipment maintenance
  • Implementing and practicing infection control
  • Assisting with Reception and Practice Management duties

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Working experience in an accredited General Practice environment
  • A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
  • Professionalism and a sense of urgency
  • Proven multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Use of Best Practice programs preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of care plans and health assessments

Additional Requirements:

  • Current Police Check
  • Current Working with Children clearance
  • Current First Aid/CPR certificate
  • Immunisation Record
  • Driving licence or photo ID
