Calvary is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team in Mount Waverley. As a Registered Nurse - Aged Care, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Develop and implement personalised care plans
- Administer medications
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic well-being of residents
Requirements:
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of legislation governing aged care
- Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
- Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
