About the Role

The Residential Manager will oversee the entire operation of an 80-bed Aged Care facility based in South-East Melbourne, ensuring high-quality support for staff and maintaining excellence in care delivery.

  • Expertise in improving clinical indicators and business performance targets is essential.
  • Strong ability to operate independently and professionally with minimal supervision is required.
  • Understanding of financial, quality, risk, and compliance aspects of a residential home's operations is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Welfare, Nursing, or Social Sciences are necessary.
  • Experience in Aged Care accreditation, clinical standards, dementia, and challenging behaviors is highly valued.
  • Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams is essential.
