Visual Designer

We are seeking a skilled designer to support the creation of customer communications. This role focuses on conceptual ideation and translating creative concepts into production-ready assets, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will be ideas-led and creatively driven, with a dedication to pushing boundaries of design thinking and elevating the quality of creative output. They will collaborate closely with senior creatives and other stakeholders to implement design systems and build engaging customer content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate creative standards by building a culture of innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Conceptual Ideation & Development: Contribute to conceptual ideation and creative development through active participation in brainstorming sessions to generate original and innovative ideas.
  • Design Execution & Production: Translate design concepts into finalized artwork, ensuring readiness for deployment across various channels.
  • Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all communications reflect the company's visual identity and tone.
The successful candidate will have
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or artwork production, preferably within a digital environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with modular design systems and creating assets for customer channel communications.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus any other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
